CORE is a diverse space, working with partners and organisations, supporting, enabling and helping the community and Caldicot become a better place to work, live and play.

CORE has a mix of permanent and temporary traders including our resident store Caldikidz. 

CORE is run and managed by Volunteers of Caldicot Town Team.

With the support of members of the public, local residents and businesses, new business owners and those with a passion to make things better, CORE will become a hive of activity over the next year. Community projects run for and by young people, retail pitches on hire throughout the year, Community Organisations invited to take part in promotion and engagement with the local public.

CORE is a safe space where we will do all we can to help, whether it be the cost of living crisis, mental health issues, new mum worries and anything else we can help with in non judgmental way, with confidence and with compassion.

CORE currently has a number of options available for businesses who wish to trade alongside us in our unit.

3 Shelves – £10 per week

3 x 3m Pitch – £15 per day

3 x 3m Pitch – £40 per week

6 x 3m Pitch – £25 per day

6 x 3m Pitch – £60 per week

CORE is exploring opputunties for the local area, be it one off events within the unit, retail shows and exhibitions, local community engagement and much more.
